Suggested use

Shaker Cup: Mix 1/2 serving (3 scoops) with approx. 250-300ml of water or skim milk in a shaker cup and consume twice daily.

Blender: Mix 1 serving (6 scoops) with approx. 500-600ml of water or skim milk in a blender and consume once daily. Take in the morning, between meals, or post-workout. Read the entire label before use and follow directions provided. Maintain an adequate state of hydration during use.
