Hydrolysed whey protein isolate (milk) (54%) (contains canola oil, anti-foaming agent [silicon dioxide]), maltodextrin, natural flavourings, Aquamin™ Soluble (calcified marine algae [Lithothamnion spp.]), trisodium citrate, potassium chloride, flavouring, acids (citric acid, malic acid), magnesium salts of citric acid, anti-foaming agents (dimethyl polysiloxane, silicon dioxide), sweetener (sucralose), colour (beetroot red).

Recommended use
Mix 43.1 g (approximately 1.5 scoops) with 500 ml of cold water. Shake well and allow the natural foam to settle before consuming. For best results, consume after exercise. Powder may settle over time; weighing is recommended for the most accurate measure.
