Ingredients
CreaKong CX8™ blend containing creatine monohydrate, creatine-magnesium chelate, tricreatine citrate, taurine, instantized BCAA powder (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine), glycine, L-arginine and L-methionine. Other ingredients: less than 2% sunflower lecithin.

ALLERGEN INFORMATION: Produced in a facility which handles ingredients from milk, soy, fish (collagen) and tree nuts (coconut).

Recommended use
For healthy adults only. Mix 1 serving with 250–500 ml (8–16 fl oz) of cold water 15–45 minutes before training.
