Recommended use:
As a dietary supplement for healthy adults undergoing intense physical exercise, mix 1/2 to 1 level scoop with 250 ml (~8 fl oz) of cold water 30 minutes before workout. Shake for 5-10 seconds. First-time users should try 1/4 to 1/2 scoop in 250 ml water to assess tolerance. Read and understand all warnings before use. Do not consume within 4 hours of sleep. Never exceed 2 servings in 24 hours.
