B6, colors: carotenes (A), carmine (B), riboflavins (C), E 150c (D), E 150d (E), E 133 (F), patent blue V (G), indigotine (H), chlorophylls and chlorophyllins (I), curcumin (J), anthocyanins (K), paprika extract (L), betanin (M), vegetable carbon (N). Recommended usage
 1-2 servings daily - before or after workout, also before sleep. Mix 1 serving (7.2 g powder = 1 scoop) with 200 ml water. Consume immediately after preparation. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
