Ingredients
Micronized creatine monohydrate, acidity regulator (citric acid), flavourings, magnesium oxide, sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).

ALLERGEN INFORMATION: Manufactured on a production site that uses derivatives of milk, eggs, soy, nuts, peanuts, cereals containing gluten, fish, crustaceans and molluscs.

Recommended use
Take 1 serving (4.1 g of powder – 1½ scoops) once daily, before or after training. On non-training days, take 1 serving at any time of the day. Dissolve 1 serving in 100 ml of water and shake for at least 10 seconds. Consume immediately after preparation.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Intended for adults performing high-intensity exercise. Not suitable for children and young people. An increase in body weight may occur.
