Ingredients
Water, reconstituted apple juice from apple juice concentrate (20%), L-citrulline, taurine, acidity regulator – citric acid; flavourings, choline bitartrate, sage leaf extract (Salvia officinalis L.), caffeine, grape seed extract (Vitis vinifera L.), acetyl-L-carnitine HCl, sweeteners – acesulfame K, sucralose; emulsifier – sorbitan monolaurate; peppermint leaf oil (Mentha × piperita L.).

Recommended use
Take 1 portion daily – 1 ampoule (60 ml), approximately 30–60 minutes before training. Shake before use.

Warnings
Contains caffeine (200 mg per daily portion of 60 ml). Not recommended for children or pregnant women. Do not use during breastfeeding, in case of circulatory system or liver diseases, or in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients, particularly peppermint oil. Not recommended for people with blood pressure problems. Do not use together with medications, particularly those affecting the cardiovascular or nervous system, or with over-the-counter medicines such as aspirin. Do not consume other caffeine-containing products at the same time, including other food supplements, energy drinks or coffee. Do not exceed a total daily intake of 400 mg of caffeine from all sources or 200 mg of caffeine in a single dose. Do not use before bedtime or during the hours immediately preceding sleep. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Keep out of reach of children.
