Hydrolysed whey protein isolate (milk) (82%) (contains anti-foaming agent [silicon dioxide], canola oil), flavourings (contain caffeine), lemon juice powder (8%), colour (ammonia caramel), sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose).

Recommended use
 Mix 28 g (approximately 1 scoop) with 400 ml of cold water and shake well. Allow the natural foam to settle before consuming. Powder may settle over time; weighing is recommended for the most accurate measure.
