Ingredients
Rice starch, silicon dioxide, calcium silicate, tricalcium phosphate, citric acid, natural and artificial flavours, sucralose, stevia leaf extract (rebaudioside A), potassium citrate, sunflower lecithin, colour (red beet powder).

Recommended use
Healthy adults only. Mix 1/2 to 1 scoop with 8–16 fl oz (250–500 ml) of water. Consume 15–45 minutes before workouts. Use 1/2 scoop or less first to assess tolerance. Use only as directed.

Warnings
For healthy adults (18+) only. Contains high caffeine. Do not use if pregnant, nursing, have heart issues, or if taking PDE5 inhibitors or nitrates. Consult a licensed pharmacist or physician before use if taking dietary supplements, prescription medication, over-the-counter medication, have been treated for medical conditions, suspect medical conditions, or have a family history of medical conditions. Do not combine with caffeine or stimulants from other sources. Discontinue use 2 weeks before surgery. Stop use and consult a medical doctor if adverse reactions occur. Beta-alanine and niacin may cause temporary tingling. Caffeine may increase fluid loss; ensure adequate fluid intake. Contains a desiccant packet — do not consume. Do not use if seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children.
