Ingredients
Magnesium bisglycinate, capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), zinc bisglycinate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5′-phosphate), anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Recommended use
Recommended daily dose: 1–3 capsules per day with a glass of water.
